(Alliance News) - JPMorgan Multi-Asset Trust PLC said Wednesday that Non-Executive Director Sarah Macaulay bought around GBP104,000 in stock in a deal on Monday.
Macaulay purchased 100,000 shares at a price of 104.475 pence, bringing her total shareholding t 220,000 shares in total.
Shares in the investment trust were up 1.2% at 106.02 pence on Wednesday afternoon in London.
