LONDON (Alliance News) - Jarvis Securities PLC Friday said Chairman Andrew Grant exercised options over 123,500 shares and sold the shares at 500 pence each Thursday
Following this transaction, Grant holds a total beneficial interest in 5.7 million shares, which represents 52.1% stake in the firm.
Shares in the brokerage service were down 1.0% at 505.00 pence Friday.
