LONDON (Alliance News) - Inmarsat PLC Thursday said Non-Executive Director Simon Bax purchased 2,000 shares at 719.5 pence each and his spouse purchased 2,000 shares at 719.9p each.
Following this transaction, the couple hold 7,000 shares in mobile satellite communications services provider .
Shares were up 0.7% at 725.28 pence per share Thursday.
