(Alliance News) - Marketing and media consultancy Ebiquity PLC on Monday said Chief Financial & Operating Officer and Executive Director Alan Newman bought GBP29,400 worth of shares in the company.
Newman acquired 60,000 ordinary shares at 49 pence per share on Friday. His total shareholding after the purchase was not disclosed.
Ebiquity shares were up 1.0% higher at 49p each in London on Monday afternoon.
