LONDON (Alliance News) - Software supplier Dillistone Group PLC Friday said that Non-Executive Director Giles Fearnley sold 140,000 shares at a price of 111 pence per share on Thursday.
Fearnley still holds a 2.49% interest in the company, with a total of 453,435 shares.
Shares in Dillistone were up 2.1% at 116.92 pence per share Friday morning.
