LONDON (Alliance News) - Asian Total Return Investment Company PLC said Wednesday that Christopher Keljik, a non-executive director, had bought 1,908 shares at 182.25 pence each.
The shares are held through an Alliance Trust Savings plan.
The transaction takes Keljik's total holding to 67,139 shares, equal to less than 1% of the company.
Shares in the company were trading at 180.00 pence Wednesday afternoon, down 0.3%.
