DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Airtel Africa Says Bharti Global Bought Shares

(Alliance News) - Telecommunications company Airtel Africa PLC on Friday said that an associate firm of Director Shravin Mittal bought shares in the company.

In several transactions on Thursday, Bharti Global Ltd bought 2 million shares for a total of GBP1.6 million.

Shares in Airtel Africa closed 3.8% higher at 81.25 pence each on Friday in London.
