LONDON (Alliance News) - Petra Diamonds said Friday that Deutsche Bank AG had increased its stake in the mining company to 5.1% after a transaction on Tuesday.
This follows the lowering of its stake from 5.2% to below the notifiable threshold on Monday.
Deutsche Bank's Petra Diamonds holding is now 14.3 million shares.
Shares in Petra Diamonds were trading up 8.8% at 54.48 pence per share on Friday afternoon.
