LONDON (Alliance News) - Destiny Pharma PLC said Thursday that Chairman Nigel Rudd stepped down from the company in December after eight years.
Non-Executive Director Nick Rodgers will replace Rudd as chairman.
Currently Rodgers is chairman of SEHTA, a health technology networking organisation in the UK.
Shares in the clinical stage biotechnology company were untraded at 85.70 pence each.
