LONDON (Alliance News) - Petra Diamonds Ltd said Thursday Cobas Asset Management SA now holds a 5.0% stake in the company.
Cobas' stake in the diamond mining company prior to Friday's transaction was not reported. The investment company now holds an interest in 43.4 million of Petra's 865.3 million issued shares.
Shares in Petra Diamonds closed down 1.9% Thursday at 34.30 pence each.
