CloudCall Secures Three-Year Contract With Staffing Services Firm Vaco

(Alliance News) - CloudCall Group PLC said it has secured a three-year contract to provide integrated telephony services to Vaco employees.

The communications software provider said it will provide the service to over a thousand of Vaco's employees in quarterly tranches over the next three years, with revenue realised expected to be spread throughout 2020 and into 2021.

Vaco, which is based in Tennessee, is a global recruitment firm with annual revenue of over USD750 million.

Cloudcall noted the contract win is an important one, adding it remains confident in achieving its outlook for 2020.

We very much look forward to working with Vaco, together with our partner Bullhorn, to collectively support the firm achieve its business goals and facilitate growth," said CloudCall Chief Executive Simon Cleaver.

Bullhorn Inc is a customer relationship management software firm that operates across Europe, Middle East and Africa.

CloudCall shares were trading 1.4% higher at 94.78 pence each on Monday afternoon in London.
