LONDON (Alliance News) - Caledonia Mining Corp on Monday said it has appointed John Mark Learmonth as its new chief financial officer with immediate effect.
Learmonth joined the company in July 2008, prior to which he worked at a unit of Australian bank Macquarie in South Africa.
In addition to Learmonth joining, the company has appointed David Norval Henderson as a non-executive director.
Shares in Caledonia were untraded early Monday, having last traded at 40.20 pence.
