(Alliance News) - Podcast firm Audioboom Group PLC on Friday said it has made interim Chief Executive Stuart Last's role permanent.
Last was made interim boss at the end of September following the departure of former CEO Rob Proctor. Before that, he had served as chief operating officer.
He joined Audioboom in 2014, having previously held executive positions at various BBC radio stations.
Chair Michael Tobin said: "The company continues to go from strength to strength and I am delighted that Stuart has demonstrated the ability to quickly get to grips with the new role. As such the board has no hesitation in appointing him as CEO. I look forward to working with him closely as the company continues on its upward journey."
Shares in the company were 3.5% lower on Friday afternoon in London at a price of 200.25 pence each.
