(Alliance News) - Aberdeen Standard Equity Income Trust PLC said Thursday Non-Executive Director Josephine Dixon has retired from the board with immediate effect.
The equity investor said Sarika Patel, who was appointed as non-executive director on November 1, will succeed Dixon as chair of the audit committee with immediate effect.
Aberdeen Standard Equity Income Trust shares were trading 0.9% lower in London at 403.00 pence each on Thursday.
