XPS Pensions Hires Ex-Ladbrokes Coral Exec Shah As New Finance Chief

Fri, 26th Apr 2019 12:24

LONDON (Alliance News) - Pension consultancy firm XPS Pensions Group said Friday that former Ladbrokes Coral Group PLC senior executive Snehal Shah has been appointed as its new finance chief from late June.

Shah - who served a number of senior finance roles at Ladbrokes and later Ladbrokes Coral between 2009 and 2017 - will replace current Chief Financial Officer Mike Ainslie on June 27. Ainslee will leave on June 30, after an orderly handover period started in May.

As well as his time at Ladbrokes Coral, Shah has held a number of senior interim finance roles at Parkdean Resorts Ltd and Countrywide PLC.

"Snehal brings excellent relevant experience and we are very pleased that he will be joining the company as CFO," XPS Co-Chief Executive Officer Ben Bramhall said. "I would also like to thank Mike for everything he has done during what has been a transformational period for XPS."

Shares in XPS were 3.1% lower at 156.00 pence on Friday.
