IN BRIEF: Watkin Jones Legacy Fund trustees to sell chunk of shares

Watkin Jones PLC - London-based student accommodation developer and manager - Peel Hunt LLP and Jefferies International Ltd have been appointed by the trustees of the Glyn & Jennifer Watkin Jones 1992 A&M Settlement and the Watkin Jones Legacy Fund as joint global co-ordinators and joint bookrunners to explore the opportunity to sell up to 25 million shares of Watkin Jones to institutional investors. Together, Glyn & Jennifer Watkin Jones 1992 A&M Settlement and Watkin Jones Legacy Fund own around a 16% stake in Watkin Jones. The sale would come in at around GBP59.6 million based on Thursday's closing price of Watkin Jones shares, which was 238.50 pence per share.

Current stock price: 238.50 pence

Year-to-date change: up 29%
