NEW DELHI, April 15 (Reuters) - India's Supreme Court hasasked a lower court to defer until April 22 a summons to BhartiAirtel Ltd Chairman Sunil Mittal in a case overalleged corruption in allocation of mobile airwaves, as it willcontinue hearing Mittal's plea seeking to have the summonsoverthrown.
The Supreme Court will resume hearing on Thursday Mittal'splea challenging the summons, judges said, after a hearing onMonday.
The case at the lower court over airwave allocations adecade back also involves former executives in two firms thatare now part of Vodafone Group Plc's Indian unit.
