(Alliance News) - UniVision Engineering Ltd said Wednesday it has promoted Sales & Marketing Director Peter Chan as chief executive officer with effect from December 27.
He will be replacing Chun Pan Wong, who will be stepping down after 27 years since 1992 at the group - which supplies, designs, installs and maintains closed-circuit television and surveillance systems.
Chan has been sales & marketing head of the company since 2014.
"We would very much like to thank Pan for his many years of loyal service to UniVision and we wish him well for the future in his retirement. I am also delighted to announce the appointment of Peter Chan as his replacement," said UniVision Chair Stephen Koo.
"We wish him well in his new position as we look to take the group forward," Koo added.
Shares in Univision Engineering - which is headquartered in Hong Kong - were down 3.0% at 1.94 pence on Wednesday in London.
