Renewables Infrastructure Group Share News (TRIG)

(ShareCast News) - The Renewables Infrastructure Group announced a second quarterly interim dividend in respect of the three month period to 30 June on Friday, of 1.5625p per ordinary share.It said the shares will go ex-dividend on 18 August and the dividend will be paid on 30 September to shareholders on the register as at the close of business on 19 August 2016."As in previous years, the company is offering shareholders a scrip dividend alternative to the Q2 dividend and the further two expected quarterly interim dividends for the financial year ending 31 December 2016," TRIG's board said in a statement."The reference price of the scrip shares in respect of the Q2 dividend will be calculated and published on or around 25 August."
