LONDON (Alliance News) - Toumaz Ltd said Wednesday that Non-Executive Chairman Richard Steeves has stepped down and resigned as a director with immediate effect, in order to concentrate on his position as Chief Executive Officer of Synergy Health PLC.
Non-Executive Director Martin Knight has been appointed non-executive chairman.
"We entirely understand Richard's reason to relinquish his role with Toumaz and on behalf of the board, I would like to thank him and wish him well for the future," said Knight in a statement.
Shares in Toumaz are trading down 1.6% at 3.57 pence Wednesday morning, shares in Synergy Health are trading up 0.5% at 1,829.40 pence.
