LONDON (Alliance News) - Telit Communications PLC said Friday that Finance Director Yosi Fait had exercised options over 50,000 shares at 20 pence each and a further 50,000 at 25 pence each as part of the company's share option plan.
Shares in the wireless technology company were trading down 2.5% at 173.00 pence Friday morning.
