Synthomer PLC - Chief Executive Calum MacLean buys 316,677 shares at GBP1.92 and GBP2.11, worth GBP667,596, on Thursday and Friday last week.

Dalata Hotel Group PLC - Deputy CEO Stephen McNally buys 25,000 shares at EUR1.91, worth EUR47,842, on Friday. Now holds 590,333 shares, 0.3% stake.

JD Wetherspoon PLC - CEO John Hutson buys 12,000 shares at GBP7.57, worth GBP90,840, on Friday. Now holds 131,953 shares.

Tavistock Investment PLC - Chair Oliver Cooke buys 416,700 shares and CEO Brian Raven buys 416,650 as part of placing of 32.5 million shares at 2p apiece on Thursday. Ferro-Alloy Resources Ltd - CEO Nick Bridgen agrees to a 12-month lock-in for his 64.7 million shares due to the disruption caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. The company had been trying to place shares held by Bridgen with investors to make a partial payment toward a GBP3.3 million divorce settlement. However, market volatility caused by the health crisis meant there wasn't sufficient demand. Ferro-Alloy Resources shares were untraded at 9.50p on Monday, down 35% over the past month.
