LONDON (Alliance News) - Stock Spirits Group PLC said Friday it appointed Kate Allum as independent non-executive director of the company with effect from November 1.
Allum is currently chief executive officer of of CeDo, a private group that supplies recycled plastic products to European supermarket.
Furthermore, she is non-executive director of agri-services group Origin Enterprises PLC and meat products company Cranswick PLC.
Shares in the spirits and liqueurs producer were trading down 0.1% at 196.80 pence each.
