LONDON (Alliance News) - Drinks company Stock Spirits Group PLC Thursday said Mark Jackson, the spouse of Chief Financial Officer Lesley Jackson, bought 23,296 shares at a price of GBP1.0625 per share Wednesday.
The purchase follows Chief Executive Officer Chris Heath, Chief Operating Officer Ian Croxford and Chairman David Maloney who all acquired shares earlier this week.
Stock Spirits didn't provide a new total interest for Lesley Jackson.
The stock was down 0.5% at 105.50p Thursday.
