LONDON (Alliance News) - Sunrise Resources PLC on Monday said it has raised GBP210,000 in a share placing to back its projects in Australia and Nevada and to provide working capital.
The mineral exploration and development company said it issued 70 million shares at 0.3 pence per share.
Sunrise shares were untraded on Monday, having last traded at 0.300 pence.
