LONDON (Alliance News) - Schroder Real Estate Investment Trust Ltd Monday said it plans to cancel its dual listing, and retain its premium listing on the London Stock Exchange, in order to achieve further operational and financial efficiencies.
The trust currently operates with a dual listing on both the London Stock Exchange and the Channel Islands Securities Exchange Ltd. However, the company said that having consulted with its advisors, it will cancel its secondary listing on the CISE.
Shares in the trust were up 0.5% at 52.25 pence Monday afternoon.
