LONDON (Alliance News) - TwentyFour Select Monthly Income Fund Ltd Monday said it sold 1.5 million shares from treasury for cash at 86.10 pence each on Monday.
As a result of the transaction, the company's issued share capital consists of 150.8 million shares and 5.1 million shares held in treasury.
Shares in the fund closed down 0.7% at 89.00 pence on Monday.
