Tufton Oceanic Assets Ltd - investment firm - Reports net asset value per share increase to USD1.158 as at June 30 from USD0.931 posted the year before. The NAV total return for the financial year was 33%. During the financial year, the company agreed to divest four vessels and to acquire nine vessels. Back in January, Tufton Oceanic raised its target annual dividend to USD0.075 per share from USD0.070 per share. The company paid a dividend of USD0.0175 per share for the thee months to March 31 and a quarterly dividend of USD0.01875 per share for the following three quarters. With continued strong performance, Tufton Oceanic says it has further raised its target annual dividend to USD0.08 per share, commencing from the three months to the end of March 2022.
