LONDON (Alliance News) - Shanta Gold Ltd Wednesday said that Non-Executive Director Robin Fryer has bought 120,000 shares in the company at 12.75 pence each.
In a statement, the East African focused gold producing company said the share dealing took place on Wednesday.
The purchase gives Fryer a 0.05% stake in the company's equity, or 240,000 shares.
Shanta Gold shares were Wednesday quoted down 1.0% at 12.50 pence per share.
