LONDON (Alliance News) - Shanta Gold Limited Wednesday said Chief Executive Officer Mike Houston bought 100,000 shares at a price of 9.65 pence per share Tuesday.
Following this transaction, Houston holds 1.4 million shares, which represents 0.31% of the issued share capital.
The East Africa-focused gold producing company also said Non-Executive Director Anthony Durrant bought 200,000 shares at 9.75p and now holds 1.7 million shares.
The stock was up 9.1% at 10.50 pence Wednesday morning.
