Sanderson Design Group PLC - Buckinghamshire-based interior furnishings company - Signs licensing agreement for Morris & Co brand with Sangetsu Corp. Sangetsu will have rights in 16 countries in east and southeast Asia, including Japan, China and Hong Kong. Sanderson also signs licensing agreement for Scion wallpaper brand with Sangetsu, initially for Japan only. Both agreements last for four years.
"Sangetsu has the market position and distribution to unlock the full potential of the Morris & Co. brand throughout the region in wallpapers, fabrics and floor-coverings," Sanderson Chief Executive Lisa Montague said.
