LONDON (Alliance News) - Scapa Group PLC Monday said Chairman James Wallace bought 10,000 shares at a price of 140.93 pence per share Friday.
Following this transaction, Wallace is interested in 870,000 shares representing 0.59% of the company's issued share capital.
The stock was trading at 140.60p, down 0.5%, Monday.
