LONDON (Alliance News) - Adhesives firm Scapa Group PLC said a person associated with Chief Executive Heejae Richard Chae bought shares on Wednesday.
Jennifer Park bought 16,552 shares at a price of 302.07 pence each, for a total of GBP49,999.
Shares in Scapa were down 1.9% on Wednesday at a price of 296.60p each.
