LONDON (Alliance News) - Rexam PLC said Friday that Company Secretary David Gibson had bought 1,400 shares through a dividend reinvestment plan at 513.3 pence each Wednesday.
Shares in the packaging company were trading down 4.50 pence at 500.50 Friday afternoon.
