LONDON (Alliance News) - Bacanora Minerals Ltd on Friday said David Lenigas, chairman of Rare Earth Minerals PLC, has been appointed as a non-executive director on its board.
Rare Earth holds a 15% stake in Bacanora.
Lenigas is currently the executive chairman of Rare Earth Minerals, AfriAg PLC, UK Oil & Gas Investments PLC and Evocutis PLC, is the non-executive chairman of Inspirit Energy Holdings PLC, and is a non-executive director of Octagonal PLC.
"We are very pleased to have received all required approvals to allow David to join our board and look forward to him immediately bringing his extensive experience to assist in further advancing the company," said Colin Orr-Ewing, chairman of Bacanora.
