In the year to 31 March 2009 ATUK had a turnover of £3.5m, an operating profit of £17,484 and a retained profit £9,922. At the end of March 2009 ATUK had net assets of £0.33m and debt of £42,189.Software Radio Technology, which saw its terrestrial trunked radio (TETRA) and professional mobile radio (PMR) division go into administration last December, has signed two licensed agreements in respect of its TETRA technology portfolio.The company is actively seeking licensing agreements for its TETRA technology on the basis of upfront fees followed by royalty payments. 'We believe that our technology, which enables companies to enter the market quickly with a low level of risk, will prove to be an attractive proposition. This would generate an additional income stream for SRT without any significant associated cost,' said Software Radio's group managing director, Simon Tucker.
