(Alliance News) - Cleaning services provider React Group PLC said Thursday it has appointed Shaun Doak as a chief executive officer with immediate effect.
Following the appointment, Gill Leates will move from executive chair to non-executive chair position, the company added.
React said Doak, who joined the company in March 2019, is the managing director of REACT Specialist Cleaning Ltd, and has a "proven track record of growing businesses in the specialist cleaning, facilities management and heating, ventilation, and air conditioning services sectors."
Non-Executive Chair Gill Leates said: "We are delighted to promote Shaun Doak to CEO. He has made a significant impact since joining the company early last year, building a cohesive, well-motivated team and materially improving operational and sales performance."
React Group shares were trading 2.0% lower in London at 0.74 pence each on Thursday.
