HOUSTON, May 22 (Reuters) - Royal Dutch Shell Plc's U.S. subsidiary, Shell Oil Co, said on Wednesday that ongoingmaintenance at the company's Norco, Louisiana, complex was inthe chemical plant and not the adjoining Motiva Enterprises 233,500 barrel per day (bpd) refinery. Shell began work on the chemical plant on May 17. "We are conducting scheduled maintenance at the NorcoManufacturing Complex, which we previously communicated," saidKimberly Windon, a Shell spokeswoman.
