LONDON, Nov 18 (Reuters) - A Dutch trade union representingworkers at Shell's 404,000 barrel per day Pernisrefinery said on Friday workers will take industrial action onNov. 22 and Nov 23 after failing to reach agreement with thecompany over wage demands.
** Trade union FNV says it expects no immediate capacitydisruption at the refinery but did not rule out some later inthe week.
** FNV says industrial action includes "work-to-rule andsafety exercises" rather than a strike.
** Unions have been in dispute with Shell over pay andconditions - Shell rejected the latest demands earlier thisweek.
