LONDON (Alliance News) - Panther Securities PLC said on Monday it has completed the sale of Holloway Head in Birmingham for GBP11.3 million.
Originally, the land had been sold for GBP11 million, however some of the due payments had been late.
Panther said in August it has received an additional deposit of GBP500,000 and agreed to an increased total consideration to GBP11.3 million, with the completion date set for the end of August.
"Having spent half my working life piecing this site together, obtaining planning permission and trying to achieve this sale, I am delighted to see it come to fruition at last and finally achieving a successful sale," said Chairman Andrew Perloff.
Shares in Panther Securities were up 4.4% at 360.00 pence on Monday.
