Photo booth operator Photo-Me International is contemplating selling off its Swiss subsidiary, Imaging Solutions.Photo-Me has an 86% stake In Imaging Solutions. The Switzerland based company owns a number of subsidiaries based in Germany that are also up for sale.Photo-Me does not consider Imaging Solutions to be a core part of the group, which is now focusing on selling and servicing a range of coin-operated service equipment. The Swiss subsidiary’s main business is the manufacture of wholesale processing labs.The management had looked into integrating Imaging Solutions more closely with its manufacturing and research & development operations in Grenoble and Zurich, but concluded that potential synergies were minimal. Consequently, it is now looking for a buyer for Imaging Solutions.
