LONDON (Alliance News) - Photobooth operator Photo-Me International PLC on Friday said it has appointed Eric Mergui as its chief operating officer with immediate effect.
Mergui moves up from his role heading Photo-Me's European operations and overseeing the development of its business in China.
"As Photo-Me continues to expand both in terms of geography and product lines, it is important to maintain a strong management structure and systems to support the group through the next phase of its growth. Eric's promotion to COO will contribute strongly to this," said Serge Crasnianski, Photo-Me's chief executive.
Photo-Me shares were up 1.0% to 140.375 pence on Friday.
