IN BRIEF: Photo-Me Delays Annual Results But In Line With Guidance

Fri, 22nd Jan 2021 13:02

Photo-Me International PLC - Epsom, Surrey-based operator of instant-service equipment, such as photobooths and self-service laundry - Delays release of results for 18 months ended October 31 last year until March 10. Says results will be in line with the guidance it provided back in December, when it had predicted financial 2020 pretax profit of GBP500,000, following provisions and impairments and a 26% annual decline in revenue in the second half of the year. Photo-Me said the virus pandemic had resulted in "significantly lower" consumer demand for its vending equipment and services. Says Friday the delay in issuing annual results will give the board time to assess the impact of the latest restrictions imposed by the UK government.
