LONDON (Alliance News) - Photo-Me International Finance Director Francoise Coutaz-Replan has sold 124,107 shares at 146.3937 pence each after exercising options over the same number of shares at 36.67 pence.
The transaction occurred on Christmas Eve.
Coutaz-Replan has a remaining 161,800 shares.
Photo-Me shares were Tuesday quoted at 141.50 pence, down 0.50 pence, or 0.4%.
