LONDON (Alliance News) - Patagonia Gold PLC Wednesday said Director Marc Sale undertook a number of dealings in the company's shares between 2011 and 2014, increasing his stake in the company.
As a result, Sale is interested in an additional 161,459 shares, giving him a total of 2,035,781 shares and a 0.24% holding in the company.
