LONDON (Alliance News) - Polar Capital Technology Trust PLC Tuesday said Senior Independent Director Rupert Montagu bought 4,000 shares at a price of 546.5 pence per share Monday.
Following this transaction, he holds 19,500 shares, which represents 0.014% stake in the trust.
The stock was up 1.2% at 556.80p Tuesday.
