(Alliance News) - Polar Capital Technology Trust PLC said Non-Executive Director Peter Hames sold shares in the investment firm following a transaction on Tuesday.
Hames disposed of 3,000 shares at a price of 1,421.7 pence each, totalling GBP42,650.
Following this transaction, Hames is interested in a total of 3,000 shares, representing 0.002% stake.
Polar Capital shares were trading 0.7% higher on Tuesday in London at 1,424.00p each.
