LONDON (Alliance News) - Polar Capital Technology Trust PLC said Non-Executive Director Stephen White purchased 10,000 shares at a price of 1,115.36 pence per share on Thursday, in a transaction worth GBP111,536.
The shares purchased makes up White's entire holding in the company.
Shares in the investment trust were up 2.5% at 1.130.00 pence on Thursday.
