(Alliance News) - Orchard Funding PLC on Tuesday said Chair Gary Jennison will retire, effective from Thursday.
Mark Sismey-Durrant will take over from Jennison and Steven Hicks will be appointed as a non-executive director and chair of the risk committee.
Sismey-Durrant is currently a director at prepaid card provider Advanced Payment Solutions Ltd. He previously served as a director at Hampshire Trust Bank PLC, Nationwide Compensation Service Ltd and Heritable Bank PLC.
Hicks is currently a director at State Bank Of India UK Ltd. He previously served as a director at Just Ask Genie Ltd.
Shares in Orchard Funding were untraded in London on Tuesday afternoon, last closing at 80.00 pence each.
