LONDON (Alliance News) - Nexus Infrastructure PLC said Thursday it appointed Ffion Griffith as non-executive director of the infrastructure services firm with immediate effect.
Griffiths is currently a non-executive of the Burnt Mill Academies Trust where she also worked as interim chair and remuneration committee chair. She has also served as non-executive at Inmidtown where she chaired the nomination committee.
"We are delighted to welcome Ffion as a non-executive director of Nexus Infrastructure," Nexus Chairman Geoff French said. "With her significant board level experience Ffion is a valuable addition to the group bringing a wealth of knowledge across sectors in both HR and non-executive director roles."
Shares in Nexus were 2.5% higher at 183.00 pence on Thursday.
